Urvashi Yoga Estudio

I’m so happy to be part of the Urvashi Yoga Estudio 🌼 I recently joined the family and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed and accepted by everyone! From day one I knew I wanted to be accompanied by someone unique and special in my yoga journey, which I had set aside seven years ago, and Virginia is definitely the perfect guide for me. I arrived feeling worried about my health and after only one class I knew I could work through my pain and leave it aside, welcoming what was next and feeling grateful for having chosen this yoga studio and not any other in Palma. Words truly fall short, so if you are looking for a place to find peace, acceptance and surrender, this is where you belong.

Virginia is a truly wonderful and unique yogi. I learned so much both spiritually and technically from her. She has a deep knowledge of yoga which combines with her warm and strong energy to make her classes an awesome experience. Her expertise in the use of props helped me enter into new poses with confidence and correct form despite my difficulties with flexibility. I was excited for each new class, highly recommended!

Virginia is by far the best yoga teacher I have had. Her attention to detail, depth of knowledge, and patience is outstanding. I could not recommend her more highly. Also, her english is of a high standard, so if like me your spanish/çatalan isn´t perfect, you needn´t worry.

I have been attending classes with Virginia for eight months and from the second month I began to notice changes in me. Virginia is 100% involved, paying attention to us throughout the class, she makes them very enjoyable and fun, the center is fully equipped and very clean. I've been going to Virginia's classes for almost two years, and I wouldn't change them for anything. It is not only the power of the methodology, which by its nature requires rigor and great attention to detail, but above all the excellent balance and rhythm that Virginia knows how to find again and again to make it an enjoyable, interesting and, above all, a door towards letting go of everything we bring and that weighs us down so much, physically and mentally, and thus generate a little more peace in us with each class!

After a few years without practicing Yoga, I have resumed the practice with Virginia, in her cozy and central studio and I am very happy and excited to continue with the practice, because I notice the improvement and transformation of my body every day. Virginia is always very attentive to the peculiarities of each student, using diverse material to adapt and improve the practice according to the possibilities of each one, explaining the asanas clearly and precisely.

I've been taking classes with Virginia for two months and I must say that I am totally hooked on her classes! I really notice the elasticity and agility that my body has gained. It is very different from everything I had tried before...when you enter her class you completely disconnect from the world and focus solely on yourself and what you do, I have learned this with her... Sincerely for me Virginia and her classes the best I've ever tried!

I have only been practicing yoga with Virginia for three weeks and the improvement in my back is more than notable (I have had surgery for a herniated disc) and I had my doubts/fears about being able to do yoga. Attentive, detail-oriented, very perfectionist and close. It makes me feel very safe and accompanied. Adapt the exercise routine according to your needs. I am delighted and recommend it 100%.

I discovered Urvashi by chance while walking through my neighborhood and I must say that it is one of the best things that has happened to me this year. Virginia is a unique, professional instructor passionate about yoga, patient and perfectionist, who respects and adapts to the rhythm and physique of her students and who manages to convey the benefits to you in each practice. In my case, it has achieved something that I had not achieved before with any other discipline: perseverance, motivation and evolution.
